The crew of two ships have come home: Voyager's, and now the Dragon's. After three years living in the Kalium galaxy, they have once again set foot upon Earth. However, their elation is short lived...for Starfleet, after hearing the crew in debriefing, puts them all on trial. They've noted several infractions of the Prime Directive and must take some action.
However, that is not where the trouble ends. Section 31, a once useful and honest organization that has become misguided in recent years, decides to check up on their investment: Captain Chris Harriman. They make him an offer once again...but will he refuse it this time and face the music, or will he let Section 31 help his crew?
